Brandon E. Herrmann is the managing partner of The Law Office of Brandon Herrmann PLLC. Mr. Herrmann’s practice focuses on business law. Mr. Herrmann has represented and consulted clients in real-estate sales, real-estate purchases, securities transactions, corporate formations, oil-and-gas acquisitions, oil-and-gas transactions, business formation, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Herrmann also has experience with navigating a broad range of corporate governance issues and the accompanying duties owed by directors and officers of corporations and limited liability companies.

In addition to a formal education in law, Mr. Herrmann’s practical experience is a source of great knowledge. Mr. Herrmann has been a shareholder of a closely held corporation and a member and director of a limited liability corporation, both with assets that exceeded $10,000,000. Mr. Herrmann remains active in several different business ventures. After receiving a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Herrmann worked for Koch Industries—the second largest privately owned corporation in the world—at its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas.

Mr. Herrmann received his J.D. from Texas A&M University, which he attended on a full academic scholarship. Mr. Herrmann also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Kansas State University.
